John 3:30 

John the baptist was a really humble dude. He wasn't full of himself or prideful. John knew what he was meant to do. His purpose was to point people to Jesus Christ. He put all of his energy and every second of time into fulfilling this purpose. John 5:35 Jesus refers to John as "a burning and shining lamp stand." How would you feel if Jesus said this about you?

My life has been filled with many ups and downs. I found christ my junior year in high school. I grew up in church but never let God sit on the throne of my life. After i was saved i began working more within my church. I became the leader of a group of middle school girls. I also i began going on mission trips and sharing the word of God. But nothing is perfect. Things get hard.I have to remember what my purpose in life is. I live to share the gospel. When God saves you he truly transforms your heart, mind and soul. He changes your priorities and makes you a path. Remember more of his less of me. God is greater.
